Milena

Gym Manager/Trainer

Milena has been a personal trainer/fitness coach for over a decade. She specializes in
Weight lifting, Olympic Lifting, & High Intensity Interval training. When she’s not in the
gym, on her mat, or training athletes, she’s with her teenage sons, and niece outdoors,
or in the Smoky Mountains hiking the trails. Her goal is to help clients create a practice
that’s sustainable and fulfilling, whether that’s through a combination of stretching,
strength training, cardio, or whatever’s calling to you on any given day. She knows
variety is the spice of life—both in and out of the gym. She looks forward to starting you
on your journey TODAY!
